Product

Available now, free for individual clinicians.

Vancomyzer is available now. Dōsys Parenteral Nutrition is an evaluation release for synthetic adult cases only. It has not completed independent clinical validation and is not for patient care.

Vancomyzer™

Bayesian AUC-guided vancomycin dosing for adults on intermittent IV therapy.

  • Colin 2019 two-compartment population PK model
  • Initial regimens and level-based Bayesian adjustment
  • Population-model equations, inputs and sources to review
  • Multi-regimen comparison grid

Scope: Adults receiving intermittent IV vancomycin; not for children, dialysis or continuous infusion. Recommendations require review by a licensed clinician.

Vancomyzer calculator result screen: patient inputs on the left, recommended regimen 750 mg every 12 h with AUC 521.5 in target, a concentration–time graph, candidate regimens and PK parameters.
Fictional case for illustration — synthetic inputs (58 y, male, 82 kg, 172 cm, SCr 1.1 mg/dL, no RRT). Not a patient. Screenshot of the current calculator, unaltered.
  1. 1Recommended regimen with infusion duration, and the model it came from
  2. 2AUC₂₄, peak and trough with the target range stated next to the number
  3. 3Concentration–time profile for the selected regimen
  4. 4Alternative regimens with the same parameters, and the PK parameters themselves
Evaluation release

Dōsys Parenteral Nutrition

A workspace for adult PN regimens — energy, protein, dextrose, lipid and fluid in one view, with the calculation and source behind each warning. Evaluation release for synthetic adult cases only; not for patient care until independent validation is complete.

Shared foundations

The same rules for both products.

Inputs, equations and sources are shown

Every estimate can be traced to the values entered, the published equation used and the paper it came from.

A note the clinician can edit

Results come with an assessment note in the form pharmacists document, so the reasoning reaches the chart.

Institutional settings are not yet offered

Local formularies, protocol limits and team workflows are planned; no plan currently includes them.

No EHR integration

Both products run in the browser. Standards-based integration is a later possibility, after clinical evaluation.
